Yes. Donley Homes is semi-custom and will work with you to build your dream home.

What is involved in the pre-construction meeting with Mike Donley?

You will sit down with our President Mike Donley and go over your home plans to make sure it’s everything you want prior to excavation.

How will I receive updates during the construction process?

Mike Donley will email you weekly updates during your build and our internal platform gives you direct access to your updated schedule.

What is the process for purchasing a Donley Home?

Donley Homes requires a non-contingent pre-approval letter from your lender of choice as well as a $50,000 deposit. Ask for the names of our preferred lenders.

Do I need a construction loan?

No, there is no need for a construction loan or to purchase the home site separately.

What are the HOA fees and what do they cover?

$550 per year. This covers landscaping and entrance feature maintenance, upkeep/replacement of playground equipment, cost of electricity for the street lights throughout the neighborhood, and hazard and property insurance for the common areas.
